Troy, Michigan Man may be Deported for War Crimes

John Kalymon, an elderly man living in Troy, Michigan, may face deportation by the federal government over his alleged involvement in killing Jews in his native land.

Kalymon is believed to have been an auxilary policeman in the Ukraine.

He could face deportation to Poland to face charges on war crimes. He is believed to be responsible for shooting Jews in his official capacity as a policeman. His lawyers state that his role was to keep looters from stealing coal. Kalymon claime that he did not shoot anyone during the war.
